This works, but not as expected. In addition to the Video Settings>>Video Sequence, you also need to start playing one of the videos in the folder, then press the OPTION button on the remote to bring up the Video Toolbar, then select Repeat All there. You may have to play with the combinations between this and the Video Settings. It works, but seems to always require you to start the process within one video. I have successfully played three videos in one folder over and over for many hours without interruption.
You can press PLAY on the folder instead of SELECT, and it will play all.
