Can't open docs from Word for Mac saved on my EX2 Ultra

I have a MycloudEX2Ultra that I use in my small office. Both my assistant and I access it using Macs. This morning I saved a word document that I worked over the weekend to the Mycloud device, and when my assistant tried to open it, she got this message “Word found unreadable content in “XXXXX.docx”. Do you want to recover the contents of this document? If you trust the source of this document, click Yes.” We were unable to recover the document.Trying to open the document on my computer got the same result.

I can open previously saved Word documents without problem, but if I make any sort of change to the document, it can’t be opened. I don’t seem to have problems with other applications; Pages, Preview and Excel work fine.

My assistant can make changes and save the to Mycloud without problem.

I did update my OS to the latest one Sequoia 15.0 last week and my assistant has not…

Has anyone else had this problem or have an idea about what I can do to fix it?
