Cant Mount/Connect to drive


Suddenly I cant mount to myWD Mybooklive in Windows 10.

The device can be seen on the network locations, I can access the web page and log in, I can stream from the harddrive to my ipad. But can’t mount it from my laptop to copy new files onto it.

It’s seen on windows explorer like below:

I try to right click on the storage, select mount and nothing happens.

I’ve tried to connect via IP address and it asks for login details, I entered the same as the web page but still doesn’t allow me to connect. Tried some variations of it, still doesn’t connect.

Any ideas?
