Can't make SmartWare "Start Retrieving"

Hi there - I’m using SmartWare v2.4.16 with Windows 10 on a 64-bit machine and MyPassport. It backs up just fine; all files that SHOULD be there are. But when I attempt to retrieve a file and click the “start retrieving” button, nothing happens. Now what? Is there another way to retrieve a file?



Have you tried reinstalling the software?

You should be able to access the drive through windows explorer and go through the folders to look for your files.
