Can't login using mobile devices

I have WD wireless
My Passport Wireless Pro v1.04.17
I can access it when I use my laptop and of course when it is connected to USB
But I recently can’t access from mobile devices (mobile phone and tablet)
I open my cloud app and choose add device, but can’t continue from there
I get a message “unable to access device” (500) although I can see it as logged in from laptop (see attached print screen)

I managed to access the files even much more easier, by using any mobile app which runs network files

It may have no impact, but just to rule out, what could be an issue: Try to shorten down and simplify your device host names (eventually lower case characters only) and use a wifi ssid without space.

I doubt it, as I used it with same name for long time. Should be server setting somewhere which were changed
FW? Blacklist? Access list?
