My Smartware Pro is showing up as not activated (after over a year)
When i enter the activation code it fails and says "There was an error trying to validate your activation code. Please try again later.’ When I click on the 'Upgrade to SmartwarePro button, it open a browser and says:
Info icon Navigation to the webpage was canceled
What you can try:
Refresh the page.
If I click on the Info button I get:
This site can’t be reached
The webpage at All Products: Shop Hard Drives, SSDs, USBs, & Memory Cards | Western Digital might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
Search Google for wdc products
ERR_NAME_RESOLUTION_FAILED
Anyone have any idea?
When I check if it is down, with: Is it down? Check at Down for Everyone or Just Me
and enter www.wdc.com I get:
It’s not just you! http://www.wdc.com looks down from here.
Anyone know what the way to fix this is, or is WDC.COM just actually down, DDoS’s or soemthing right now. (31 Dec 2016 @ 1317.
