Cloud PR4100, Firmware 5.20.113 (updated 0349 2/20/2022)
I cannot log in to the Cloud space remotely (web or app). When I try, I get this:
“We have detected suspicious login behavior and further attempts will be blocked. Please contact the administrator”
I get the same message when I attempt login to sign in to Cloud Access on the Dashboard.
Did nothing other than attempt to login and manage files on my cloud.
I called WD, spent an hour online with the tech who concluded that I needed to perform the 40second reset. This DID NOT and DID NOT solve the problem. Who the heck is this administrator who locked my account?
