Find the WD EX2 in the app, but username in the checkbox (not possible to fill in) where I write in the password is blank. And it doesnt respond with password.
edit: i see now that my ex2 recieves DHCP. But the DNS here is wrong. The DNS is lan IP that doesnt exist in my network. And with DHCP wich is automatic. How do I solve this? 
solved DNS, but still cant log in via My Cloud desktop app…
