Can't install package. Incomplete app download

Hi, I was trying to install zerotier package on a EX2 Ultra, but every time this error message appears:

  • Incomplete app download. Please check your device’s Internet connection and try again.

I’m not sure what to do, if it possible to install it with ssh or other alternative ?

This error message could also mean the version of the app does not match the firmware. If your device is running My Cloud OS 5, make sure the app package is built for the OS 5.
