Can't initialize brand new HDD WD Red Plus

I can’t initialize my WD Red Plus hard drive on windows 11.
The option is not showing in the disk management tool

Support case at WD? Unfortunately, that’s no use. I also have two HDD which I should unlock. Support case is open and nobody answers!
