I’m trying to get the audio to my receiver by using the optic output. I’ve tried everything, I can’t even get a red light at the optical cable, what am I doing wrong?
Hmm. If there’s no visible red light at the socket, it may be a bad S/PDIF port.
Okay, so I come home from work today and I see light from the fibre cable, hook it up to the receiver and what do you know, it works!
Only thing is it only works on my front speakers, no surround at all. So I go to the audio settings, and enable DTS CAPABLE RECIVER & DOLBY DIGITAL CAPABLE RECEIVER and now it doesn’t work again.
What am I doing wrong? :mansad:
