After the latest firmware, I can’t retrieve pictures when trying to “Get content info”. What to do?
This is a bug in the latest 2.08.13 firmware and also discussed in that topic. There are more people that have indicated that this problem occurs since the latest FW. You could downgrade to 2.07.17 where this feature works fine. I assume you run the WDTV in the ‘English’ mode? Because if you run in another language there could be maybe other problems too.
