hi ive got 3 blue lights on i go to load software then it says you lost internet connection help
im on a pc with windows 7 and both pluged in same router
Hi killerdelts, welcome to the WD Community. What software are you using? Can you access the Mirror Dashboard or the public share?
i can find the drive on network and put things on the drive the problem is i cant load the software from wd cloud setup as soon as i run soft ware it says lost internet connection ive been in to the superhub settings and i can see wd clouds on it so somethings not right ,
im useing windows 7 and virgin superhub netgear cg3101d thank you
