OK i sat on the phone for 2 hours and the tech basically said its my problem, not the device. One computer will get on the other will not. When i go onto Smartware it will not connect to m y computer. Any suggestions or should I return it?
I respectfully suggest that you indicate the devices about which you’re having difficulty. Additionally what steps that you’ve taken and the results. Your post is slightly more effective illiciting help that the simple statement “its broke”
