Can't get code for cloud

Hello!

I cant get code for activating my cloud. Although my hard disk is functioning well, when I try to get a code, or some other kind of actions on the wd my cloud interface, it always answer “updating”, but don’t get farther, even if I wait a long time. What can I do? I am using chrome usually, but I also tried with explorer, and with the same result!

Have you tried reseting the unit?

What firmware are you running on the unit?

Please see page 119 of the user manual for instructions on how to reset the unit.
