Can't format my wd 3tb hard drive

I have a wd “my book studio lx” 3 tb and I tried to format it to 32fat in order to use it for my xbox360 and I can’t.

I try to use “guiformat” to format my hdd to 32fat and it doesn’t show my drive in the drives option.

and when I tried to use EASEUS it does show it but it says “unsupported disc”

what can I do in order to fix it?
