Can't find My Cloud on my Network

All was fine until…I connected my WD 1.5TB external HD to my 3TB My Cloud. Couldn’t access My Cloud after that. My Cloud started running …ran all night. I tried to eject the 1.5 external and it wouldn’t let me. I disconnected the power source but My Cloud kept and is still running. I’m just sure if it’s running to or away from something. :slight_smile: Is it safe to disconnect My Cloud to make it stop…??
