Can't find files in network TV from WD TV Live Hub

Hi, I just got a WD TV Live Hub, I can play everything from the WD menu, but when I try to watch a MKV or AVI video from a TV connected to the network, it can’t find the files. I can see the folders containing the videos but it says that they are empty.

I could only find a MP4 file.

Do you have any ideas? Thanks.

BTW: I couldn’t find the solution to this anywhere.

This is the media info from a video that i can’t find from the newtork TV

Your TV probably doesn’t support MKV files.

But i was able to play it from the WD TV menu, that doesn’t mean that the TV supports mkv?
