WD SmartWare Pro Software Trial Version
cant open it says file is not a program associted with it
so in deatil this is what happened.
bought the product home, installed it to PC (no problems there) went to control panel, opened “back up computer” it run ok and said its was in backing up. there was no way of knowing when it was done so i left it over night, came back to it now and it no long showed it was in use. i looked to see how much space it had used on the product, none!. so i tried again then a failure report came up say it could not create a shadow copy. so i installed WD Smart Ware Pro Trial Version Download to see if this helped. I now cant open the download because it says no file associated with file. cant find it anywhere else.
