Can't Establish Remote Access Connection (Error 31520)

Having recently moved house, I set up a new network and everything seems fine from my Windows10 PC, and can access all files on my MyBook Live, but I have lost access from my iPad MyCloud app (which can access my Wife’s new MyCloudHome).

Accessing MyBook via the Web browser, on the Confgure page, all our mobile devices are listed, but ‘Enable Remote Access’ is now showing “Cannot establish remote access connection. Make sure you are connected to the Internet. (Error 31520)”

On my iPad, when I try to add my MyBook device, I get error "The operation couldn’t be completed (WDGeneraNetworkError error 500.)

Any ideas on what could cause this?
