Hi folks. I wonder if someone can assist. I am the administrator and I have the EX2 with 15 users. If I upload a file and save it on the cloud everything is fine.
I have been advised that users (with read write authorisation) are unable to go in to the file edit and save again. It seems to save to the C drive on their computer.
Its driving everyone nuts. I dont understand as they have the edit facility. They cant even edit and save their own documents.
I some someone can advise what im doing wrong.
Ps… is there a facility to print directly from the cloud?
