Can't Detect HD in any system

Dear ,

I am having a ultra passport HD of 1 TB. and when I am plugging in it is showing light. disc is running but my system is not able to detect it. I have tried the steps you have given in previous problem reports but system is not detecting this and not showing anywhere. 

I am having my 200GB Data in it and that is very crucial to me please do something to make it work.

Hello and welcome to the WD Community.

Have you tried the drive on a different computer? If possible try the drive on the back USB ports of a desktop computer to make sure that the unit is getting enough power. 

Also make sure that the USB Drivers of the computer and the drive are updated.
