Using a Macbook Air from this year all the latest versions of the software. Mac OS X Mavericks.
I have a 3tb My Cloud…(latest firmware installed today)
I simply want to delete files.
I purchased the product, plugged it in and started transfering files. It’s been about a year or more since then, I’m ready to transfer my next set of flies and I find that nothing can be deleted for more spare due to not having permission it says.
Any ideas where I can start?
