The “Create an RMA” page says “There are no products registered in your account. Products must be registered to determine if they are eligible for replacement.”
EVEN when I reach that page by clicking “Create an RMA” on the drive (which IS) in the list of “CURRENTLY REGISTERED PRODUCTS”. It’s warranty “Expires 11/21/2018 - 689 days left”.
I’ve tried via both Firefox and IE.
And I can’t find a support phone number.
