Can't connect with WD Quick View - Windows 10

I installed WD Quick View onto new Windows 10 work computer. When I have WD Quick View available it shows my device and states it is healthy. But it will not let me open it to allow drag and drop. I have also tried to map the folders within (Which also show in the WD Quick View). Reading other comments, I tried to run a disk manager to help set-up but my WD is not discovered in the list. I am able to set up the “WD My Cloud” desktop app and see my folders but this is not an easy drag and drop situation or preview files/images like normal folder views. Any advice is appreciated.

Hello,

Please try resetting the unit using the reset button on the back of the unit and try to Map the drive again.
