Can't connect via Mycloud.com

Hello -

I have set-up my WDCloud 2TB for cloud access (in general setting and for one of the users I have specified the MyCloud.com Account) and created a mycloud.com login.

When I do access via mycloud.com, I see my FBECloud but that appears as offline and just get the message “Can’t connect to FBECloud” with notably the proposal to “Accept your device security certificate”.

Although I tried, nothing is happening (except some blank pages opening) even after refreshing.

Any suggestion?

I’m on mac os x with safari.

Hi,

Check the settings on the dashboard to see if you have the remote access option enable. If it’s already enable, try resetting the unit.
