Can't connect to SQL Server Network Database

Hi,
I have switched option ‘Network Database’ in ‘Settings->Network’ from ‘ON without remote access’ to ‘ON with remote access’. But when I try to connect, HeidiSQL says ‘Host ‘Laptop-499908’ is not allowed to connect to this MariaDB server’. The laptop and the wd device are both connected to the same network.
