Can't connect to my WD cloud

Hi

After I have moved, I’m no longer able to connect to my WD my cloud 3 TB. It’s connected to the router, which has 1 Deco M9 mesh access point attached which I am using for wifi. This is the only thing that is new.
However, I am not able to connect, either via windows pathfinder or via the dashboard. It just says that my WD cloud is offline. When I power it up, it flashes the blue LED for a while, then switches to constant blue. But still nothing works. I have tried to turn it off and on again a couple of times, leave it on for the night, but still noting.

What am I doing wrong?

Same ISP? Have you tried it without the MESH adapter?
