when i try to connect to my cloud storage on PC the massage appears Can’t connect to WDMycloud here is what you can do 1 make shore device connected to internet and powered on 2 make shore the latest frimware is updated
i updated the last frimeware and the device is connected to internet and powered on but still can’t access to it on PC while there is no problem connecting to WDmycloud with my phone and every thing is right and i cand upload/download everything with phone.please help ??
It seems to me you are using either the Desktop app or the web file viewer. What happens when you try to access your unit locally through Windows Explorer in the Network section?

Can you ping WDmycloud and WDmycloud.local from the PC?
