Can't Connect to Dashboard

I was running a full diagnostic test on My Book Live Duo. Last time I looked it was at 60%. When I came back some hours later yesterday there was an error message in by web browser that the dashboard page had “Timed Out”. Since then I have not been able to connect to the Dashboard as the page is “Unavailable”.

To top that off, when I got up this morning where I used to have one drive letter for the MyBook (z), I now have 2 (Y) and (Z)

Any ideas?

Try right clicking on Y and Z and select the option to disconnect, press the reset button on the back of the my book for 4 seconds and then use WDlink to map it again.
