Can't connect to a volume from Windows 10

Hi all. I have a MyCloud Pro 2100: I use this from my Mac and from my Windows.
From Mac, there is no problem, I can connect to any volume using


But from PC Windows 10 (1909) there is no way. Everytime i try to connect from Windows with
