Can't connect through web, only through network

I cannot connect to MyCloud via the online login. I can access it via my network at home. I’ve tried reconfiguring the Cloud Access and also done a 4-second reset. The only way I can seem to make it work is to set a switch between the router and the MyCloud, which is ridiculous.

Does anybody have any ideas?
