Can't connect an email addres to a new user

So I’ve bought a My Cloud, went through the setup process and managed to get it up and running, but I’m not able to create an account for any of the users, whne I try to add the email, iI just get an Error “Undefined”

Anyone knows how to sort this out?

Check internet connection and NTP settings.

Switched to the google DNS and it works now, so thank you
