Can't configure Plex

Yesterday I had trouble accessing my Plex server on my EX2 ultra.

I tried deleting the app from my EX2 ultra and installing it again.
When I reinstalled the app I clicked the ‘configure’ button but my browser can’t open the page ‘can’t connect to server’ (link to
I recently changed from internet-provider maybe that triggered this problem?

You should follow below KBA in this concern.

If the issue still persists, perform a 4-second reset on the My Cloud device as the Internet Service Provider was changed which will initialize all the network path and its configuration to get connected.
