Cant conect to my cloud server

Hi everyone,

We have been using my cloud for over 3 years now. Since the date we purchased this item, we are having a problem by signing into our accounts. We are a professional fine art printing company and all of our large files staying in it. Our designers need to access this files every day. but unfortunately, they are only able to access them almost only once a month. The system is not working since we purchased it. We open almost 10 cases with them, always copy-paste answers, and sending us links to follow. Well, we actually did everything that they say but still having the same problem. Turning on-off, clear catches etc, but can’t do this every day. it is just simple, CANT ACCESS IT. I believe we are not the only ones who go through this. I was wondering if their system is TRASH or something wrong with our server device and need to replace while still have the warranty.
