Cant choose folder/share to do backup in win 8

hello,

we have got a my book live 3tb, and have a windows 8 problem, in the smartware software i can´t choose the share “user1” to do backup in, it goes automatically to another share, and no other can be chosen, in win7 there´s no problem.

sollution?
