Can't change my password login to my usually

I’m italian and if i can post here in italin please tell me

Try to explain my problems in english:

I have need to erase cookie… i can’t remember my password and i have use the reset procedure.

After that i have try to change my password… now i have put one but it’s not my usually and i want to change but when i try i obtain every time this error:

You can use this old password… you can use this old password.

Every time and every password i tried… exist a method to reset all password i used ?? or i need to wait some time before i can re-use my usually password ??

now i have found a solution… i have used my usually password and at the end i have add “-wdc”… for now i thinks it’s ok…

If it’s possibile remove my history password used and i can remove this “-wdc” at end and reback to use my usually password
