Can't boot my computer

Hi there,

I turned on my desktop computer and I couldn’t even get into my BOIS. From the message on the screen, apparently it’s caused by the hard drive failure problem.

Please take a look at the screenshot and advise what I can do to remedy this problem. Thanks.

Well, In this case, I would recommend you to please diagnose the drive using the tool i.e Data Lifeguard Diagnostic for Windows

and then you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support for the replacement of the product if the drive is under warranty.
