Cant backup my files

Hey,

Recently I am having troubles in backing up my data from my computers. Some files can not be backed under the massage of: “Access is denied”. I tried to find a solution in the internet (google and this site) but nothing works.

I would appreciate if anyone could help me resolve my problem.

I am absolute no pro in this. E.g. I do not recognize the interface in the picture. What I do know though, is that in these cases it can be very important to execute your programs as an administrator. As an administrator you’ve got more rights and you may get access where other users are denied.
