Can't add users

I can’t add users. Email hasn’t sent.

Check your SPAM and Social Media Folders as well as trying again.
Looks like some maintenance was performed on the 21st of July by SendGrid

I’ve checked everywhere and I couldn’t find any invitation. WD tech support gave up. Option to return the equipment.
Weird!
