Can't Add New Folders to WD ANywhere


I’m trying to add a folder to a back up in WD anywhere for the Mac.  When I click “folder” rather than smart source, I can’t see any of my folders.  There’s a multi-column finder like view, but nothing is displayed in the columns.

Any idea how get the software for display folders?

Honestly, I can’t think of anything that would prevent you from selecting your folders when you edit a backup plan… How about creating a new one and see if it is the same case?
