Cant acesse via ip adress

hey … i can not access my cloud EX2 ultra … when i enter the ip address and write username and password then it says signing in, and nothing more is happen … i can easily access the fils on it etc. There is no problem putting movie or pic on it or deleteing files, it’s only via the ip address … what to do? have tried to turn it off again but the same happens.

Just try to access the dashboard on any other web browser and check if the issue still persist.
