I have one as well!! there is a solution , had to add my mycloud to the credentials list in windows.
control panel, credential manager, windows credentials, add a windows credential,
internet address, I put the name you gave your mycloud device
username the username of your account to access your cloud
password, if you have a password.
after I did that and rebooted, i can open my mycloud from network in the file explorer
hope this works for you
I have tried this but did not help.
I still can access the drive with the WD My Cloud app from the computer.
In the router setting DHCP asign IP to the MyCloud normaly, UPnP is on and working …
The dashboard says there is internet connection and everything is fine. Networks group to all devices is set to WORKGROUP.
Everything is just fine with the settings, but when I try to access the drive via Windows Explorer, error “0x80070035 The network path was not found” comes up.
Obviously the Windows 10 has some problem viewing the drive. I suspect that is a result from a recent windows update.
Any ideas how to fix it???
