Can't Access WD EX2 Ultra Recycle bin in Win 10

Hi there!
I try to access the Recycle Bin as usual via Network Access.
There ist only one User as Admin on the machine and Plex App.
By trying to access the Recycle Bin there comes an PopUp which announces, that I have to call the admin I Win 10
Does anyone know how to solve this, it was working fine last week? this person also had this problem No Access to "Recycle Bin", why?
