Can't access to my Cloud Home after last firmware update!

PLEASE HELP! Since Yesterday I can’t access to my WD cloud Home, it happened suddenly after last automatic update…
Added infos:

  • I have a router with static IP and I followed instruction for this case changing “Server DHCP” settings
  • can’t access via web browser (sys it’s offline)/desktop app/mobile app
  • Via router configurazione i can see it’s working and visible

Any Idea?

Can you ping the device?
Can you access smb public folder?
