Hello,
my problem is, i can’t access with my My Cloud App on my smartphone, when i use my own internet from the smartphone. If I use a W-Lan it works but itt works also with the W-Lan of a Friend or in a shop. So not only my W-LAN at home. But i doesn’t work, if i use my smartphone’s internet.
So in fact i can’t access when i go out for because i need always a W-lan.
How can i solve this problem. And how i said: it works on my phone, but only with w-lan but not with the smartphone’s internet. Btw. i’ve no knowledge in Internet-things.
