Cant Access to dashboard

hey all

cant get Access from wdmyclud Dashboard.

how can i fix that?

i want to do factory reset but i can only from the dashboard

i have nothig on my hard disk - his brand new.

Have you tried the hard reset? Btw there is an option to install FW manual from SSH (putty) and someone posted it in the forum in the last 3-4 days.

How are you trying to access the dashboard? Did you enable SSH before?
