Can't access shared folders on MyBookWorld from certain win10 accounts

Hi,

The shared folders from my MyBookWorld (white light) stopped being accessible from my windows 10 account. If I try and access it from network devices it gives me an error:

“\\MyBookWorld is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions.
A specified logon does not exist. It may have already been terminated.”

The strange thing is that I can access the folder shares from other windows user accounts - it is just my account that results in this problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Martyn

Hi, it might be due to the fact that your account is set up with your email. Are the other accounts set up with email addresses?

Yes, the account does use email as a sign in and the others do not. Why might this be a problem? I have used email to sign in for a while but had not noticed the issue. Is there any way of getting around it (other than not using email to sign in)?

Thanks,
Martyn
