Can't access shared drives after WDMyCloud install

Having just installed WDMyCloud I find that when I go to access other shard drives and computers in the sidebar, my password that I hae used for several years now does not work. I am using the WDMyCloud with public access. How do I change these access passwords and is this a common problem?

Hello and welcome to the WD community.

Do you get a wrong password message or are you getting an error when you try to setup a password on a certain share?
