Can't Access Share Permissions

Hard reset. Created one account but cannot access shared permissions for either default admin or created account. All other options seem to to work. Never got an email from created account interface.

Can log on and perform all other tasks, User permissions under “users” and “shares” are dimmed out. Updated app and firmware

I can see it on my network. Why can’t I set permissions?

@GreTWHITEWING Do you have the shares as Private or Public? Have you read all the Help information provided in the Dashboard?

I cannot make any changes to share access. I can create users logged in as admin but the area for setting share permissions is dimmed out. Everything else seems to work fine. Not a question of seeing the shares, only editing permissions
